  • Exterior Tour Winter Weather Policy: To ensure the safety of our visitors and staff, this tour will be canceled in case of freezing temperatures, high winds, and/or precipitation. Visitors will be notified of any weather-related cancellations in advance and ticket holders will receive a full refund, or the option to transfer tickets to a later date. Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless cancelled by the museum. Please be prepared with rain gear, if needed, as limited shelter is available during the first 30-minutes of the tour.
